GR-EACJ-10KV-630A is an all-insulated, fully sealed cable-joint system for compatible medium-voltage cable connections. The illustrated reference configuration is intended for 10 kV, 630 A distribution systems and approximately 35–400 mm² cables, subject to the actual cable construction and selected joint design. It may be used at cable branch boxes, ring-main units, box-type substations, and selected underground connection points. A voltage indicator at the test point or a cable-type fault indicator can be specified where the accepted configuration supports it.
The joint must be matched to the cable conductor, insulation diameter, screen, sheath, connector, phase spacing, voltage class, installation position, and environmental exposure. Similar-looking cable joints may use different interfaces and stress-control dimensions. Confirm the cable data sheet, measured dimensions, conductor material, connector requirement, and installation environment before ordering.
